We are incredibly proud of our history! KANGURT Grand Hotel officially opened its doors on April 20, 2024. The hotel was inaugurated by the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, together with the Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, as a special gift in honor of "Capital Day". Built by domestic entrepreneurs using local materials, our 9-story modern architectural gem reflects national hospitality and international standards for a truly memorable stay.

2. Does the hotel offer a free shuttle from Dushanbe International Airport (DYU)?

Absolutely, we know that traveling can be tiring, so we want to make your arrival as comfortable as possible. KANGURT Grand Hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour shuttle to and from Dushanbe International Airport for our guests. The airport is very close, just about 4.3 km (around 10 minutes) from us, but it's our pleasure to have you picked up and dropped off free of charge to start your journey the right way.

3. How many rooms do you have, and what types are available?

We have a total of 98 rooms designed to accommodate up to 164 guests, all featuring stunning city views . We offer a range of options, from comfortable Standard Rooms (Double, Twin, or Triple) to spacious Suites and our most exclusive Presidential Apartments. All our rooms are modern, non-smoking, and designed with your utmost comfort in mind.

4. Do you have a swimming pool, spa, and gym on site?

Yes, we're your personal oasis in the heart of the city. We have a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool for year-round relaxation, surrounded by a full-service spa center featuring a sauna, a Turkish hammam (steam bath), a Jacuzzi, and separate wet and dry steam rooms. For those wanting to stay active, our fitness studio is equipped with the latest modern equipment and is open 24/7.

Yes! We invite you to start your day in the best possible way at KANGURT Grand Hotel. A delicious and complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily in our restaurant. We focus on quality and variety, offering a range of options to suit all tastes, including international dishes. Our in-house restaurant also offers à la carte options for lunch and dinner, and we can cater to specific dietary requirements like Halal meals upon request.

6. What business facilities do you offer for meetings and conferences?

We are uniquely equipped to host your professional gatherings with distinction. The hotel features a large, spacious banquet hall and a separate 40-seat meeting hall for more intimate business meetings. We have 4 conference rooms in total, providing ample space for everything from board meetings to conferences, in a total event space of 186 square meters. We provide a modern meeting environment with projectors, a business center, and a dedicated conference hostess to ensure your event runs smoothly.

7. Is the hotel suitable for weddings and large celebrations?

Most certainly! KANGURT Grand Hotel is a perfect venue for your special events and grand celebrations. Our main restaurant can seat up to 160 guests, and we have a separate cafe that can host up to 140 people, making us ideal for weddings, banquets, and large parties. Our dedicated banquet hall is designed for up to 220 guests. Our team can help with everything from floral arrangements for the event to a beautifully decorated room for the newlyweds .

Absolutely. Every single one of our rooms offers stunning panoramic views of the beautiful Dushanbe cityscape. Yes, we do. We offer free private parking on-site for the convenience of all our guests. You can rest assured that your vehicle will be safe and secure in our 24/7 monitored parking area.

10. What is your policy on children and pets?

We want to be transparent so there are no surprises when you arrive. We currently do not allow children to stay at the property to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for all our guests. Regarding your furry friends, we are happy to inform you that KANGURT Grand Hotel is pet-friendly! We welcome both small (under 5 kg) and large (over 5 kg) pets in designated areas.

11. How far is the hotel from the city center and main attractions?

Our location is one of our greatest assets. We are situated in the historic Firdavsi district, and the city center is just a pleasant 15 to 20-minute walk away. You'll also find yourself within a short drive of Dushanbe's main points of interest. For example, the Museum of National Antiquities and the Dushanbe Opera are less than a 5-minute drive from our doorstep, and the famous Dushanbe Cable Car is just 4.5 km away.

12. I am a Tajik citizen—what identification do I need to check in?

This is a very important question for our local guests. For all citizens of Tajikistan checking in, please be aware that you are required to present your valid internal passport (national ID card) upon arrival. We are unable to accept foreign passports as a form of identification for Tajik citizens during registration.
